Products covered by warranty are returned to us for inspection. If any issues are identified, we promptly refund or exchange them for our customers. Before shipment, all products undergo a thorough inspection to ensure quality and functionality.

However, please note that products without a warranty, such as phone cases and tempered glass, are not eligible for refunds. We recommend reviewing the warranty status of your product before requesting a refund, as refunds do not apply to items without warranty coverage.

 


We offer a 3 days exchange period (from received date) for defective products. WhatsApp your intent for a product return to +6011-25306838. Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us on your own cost and we’ll deliver you the replacement product(s) within 3 working days.

To return your products, please send the whole product(s) back with its original packaging. Kindly contact us for address details.
