Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed from our warehouse prior to shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number.

Peninsula: Order Monday to Friday for delivery within 4-5 business days.

East Malaysia: Delivered within 4-7 business days.

Oversea: Delivered within 7-15 business days.

• Unfortunately, your order is not able to be delivered on a public holiday.
• If your order is placed on a Public Holiday it will not be processed and despatched until the next business day.
• During National and State specific public holidays or busy sale periods you may experience a delay in receiving your order.

Malaysia

• FREE parcel collection in retail shop.
• Delivery FREE for all orders of RM100 or above.
• RM7 will be charged for orders amounting less than RM100 (West Malaysia).
• RM15 will be charged for orders amounting less than RM100 (East Malaysia).

Overseas

• RM 70 flat price will be charged for Singapore
• RM 110 flat price will be charged for HongKong and Taiwan order
